L-Arginine Dosage instructions:

Do not take within ½ hour of other meals, drinks or other supplements. Do not mix with high glycaemic drinks, flavored water, or juices. Take only with pure water.
The amount of L-Arginine ingested and when it is taken is relative to the benefits received. Daily doses taken during the daytime of L-Arginine will provide cardiovascular benefit, Nitric Oxide, sperm motility as well as a host of other general and specific health benefits.

Daytime Protocol: 2-6 grams taken during the day with water and if sports training, take one hour before.

Night time: Anti-Ageing protocol, Anti-Ageing benefits of taking L-Arginine only occurs when 6-10 grams of specifically formulated L-Argine is ingested in a low glycaemic format with no competing proteins or amino acids present.
Ingest with pure water, 30 mins prior to sleep on an empty stomach. Do not ingest food including protein drinks, high glycaemic drinks, or supplements containing any amino acids within 2 hours of taking L-Arginine. It is not harmful if you do it will simply negate the benefits. L-Arginine will not work unless you follow this protocol. If you don’t go to sleep within that time frame or if there is a presence of food, the L-Arginine will not cross the blood brain barrier.
The L-Arginine benefits the night-time protocol will be wasted. You need to sleep for a minimum of 4 hours. Ideally you should sleep 8 hours for your body to repair itself.
You will still get the cardio-vascular benefit, but not the anti-ageing benefits.

Side Effects?

L-Arginine has so far appeared to be free of obvious severe side effects.

However, if you are on any prescribed medications please consult with your doctor before taking any additional dietary supplement.

L-Arginine may lower blood pressure because it is involved in the formation of nitric oxide. It may occasionally for some result in indigestion, nausea and headache. Pregnant and nursing women should not use supplemental it may aggravate their symptoms.
